In Singapore, where-ever you go you find high rise HDB flats/apartments. The fun and dangerous thing about this is that anybody can take a lift up to the highest floor and do whatever they’d like. I took these photos at two separate locations, Tampines and Serangoon North and at different times of the day (obviously). I think they look more impressive at night. From the third and fourth shot, you can tell how the HDB has chosen the worst possible colour combinations to paint the different buildings.
