NO.402

I spent the entire day with my Dad today. We started with an early lunch consisting of a plate of Mee Siam each and a cup of coffee at the Maxwell Market hawker centre. We walked around the Ann Siang Hill area after lunch and looked into the new Lomography shop, which was pretty cool. We stopped for coffee again, this time at The Plain and said hello to Aslam who was working. From Outram, we hopped on a train into the city to pay the leather shop a visit, lots of nice boots as usual that come with a heavy price tag. We both got a little hungry again and decided to pay the Won Ton Mee stall at Commonwealth Crescent we used to go to regularly years ago, got there and the stall was shut so we cabbed it to Queensway Shopping Centre to feed on what I think is one of the best laksa’s in Singapore. Made a few rounds looking at sneaker shop after sneaker shop and military gear then took a bus straight home. Also saw an old guy with a very short t-shirt on at one of the bus stops.
