NO.487

Good company, good location, and good weather makes it a good reason to leave the house. Last night we hung out at the top of the Billboard venue’s car park after an extremely satisfying dinner at Gami. It was up on a decent enough level where we could clearly watch what was going on below and listen to the mixture of different sounds coming from all around. The saxophonist outside Hungry Jack’s, the trams rolling up and down Bourke Street, the assortment of video-game noises from the arcade, the cars below and behind us, people, bottles, conversations… etc. If I were to move away, these would be the times I would miss the most.
